Refund Policy

1. Spare Parts Returns
- Only genuine and unused spare parts are eligible for return.
- Parts must be returned within 7 days of purchase with an original invoice.
- Customized or specially ordered parts cannot be returned.
- Shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable.
2. Repair Service Cancellations
- A full refund will be provided if service is cancelled before work begins.
- If the service has started, only the unused labor or material cost may be refunded.
- Completed services cannot be refunded but we may offer corrective support if required.
3. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days through the original payment method.
- In case of bank delays, processing time may vary.
4. Exceptions
- Products damaged due to misuse, incorrect installation, or unauthorized modification are not eligible for return.
- No refunds are applicable for diagnostic visits or inspection fees once completed.
